We actually got a welcome plate of these in our suite.  I didn't get a chance to taste these then, so it was nice to have them in the restaurant with tea.

Jiang-Nan Chun is a formal Chinese restaurant with excellent food.  I'm so glad we had a chance to try the hairy crabs, there peak season is quite short.  The roe is so lovely and the meat has a delicate flavor than the ones we eat at Joe's Crab Shack.  They are small and are from a lake, therefore, it takes patience to take out all the meat.
